OUR GUIDING PILLARS
One of the most common obstacles to language learning is the lack of confidence. Our program becomes a safe space to foster curiosity, which leads to conversation, even at beginner levels. Thanks to the psychology and coaching aspects of the course, participants find themselves communicating, losing the fear of not sounding good enough, and gaining confidence.
Lessons are designed to entice participants to think in English. The participants' mindset changes from learning a language to learning tools for personal and professional success in English. Participants can see themselves as English speakers. This results in language proficiency through a positive mindset and consequent learning attitude.
Content is relevant to professional needs and personalized to the participants' field. Real company challenges, professional development inquiries, and communication struggles are brought into the classes. Topics discussed include management, leadership, productivity, communication, among others.

Experience & Education
25 years of experience in the areas of education, psychology, counseling, and coaching.
Two master's degrees in the areas of Counseling and Transgenerational Psychology.
English and Spanish language and coaching certifications.
Work experience in the United States and Panama: school counselor, education management, teacher training, business operations, staff training, project management, administration, and entrepreneurship.
Designed and developed programs on language & communication for professionals and academic learning for children and adolescents. All programs integrate her methodology to build confidence, mindset change, and connecting through relevance.

This is an opportunity to learn tools to develop as professionals, practice your English, in a safe space with a like-minded community.
